Must be at least Cadet Level 5 or higher. (Prove you’re not a newbie!)
Teamwork: 1-2 Regional Officers per channel → tag First Officer crash together.

Sept 16-19	✅ Applications OPEN! （Throw your hat in the ring—show why you’re the one.）
Sept 20	🎤 Community Stage Live Pitch:- All candidates introduce themselves.- Pitch your BEST community-building idea (Make ‘em say “Wow!”）
Post-Pitch	🗳️ First Officer Votes: Winners selected based on pitches + potential.

Lead & Engage (Next 30 Days):
- Host regional events (game nights, AMAs, and more).
- Initiate and fuel conversations in your channel.
Track & Report:
- Record weekly metrics, such as local channel active chatters and event attendance, via **Zealy quests.**
